What’s In a Name?

The Lisbon Sessions is a riff on Keith Jarrett’s The Köln Concert, often called The Cologne Sessions. The recording of Jarrett’s 1975 performance is the best-selling solo album in jazz history.

Jarrett achieved a spiritual resonance with his concert that transcends the moment and the experience of the immediate audience. It is a testament to what can happen when a gifted human trusts their skill and serves as a channel for greater inspiration.

That is the spirit of our work in The Lisbon Sessions.
