What Happens in a Lisbon Session?
1. You and I spend a day together in Setúbal.
Setúbal is a commercial fishing port on Lisbon’s South Bank, 40 minutes South of the City Center.
2. We grab a meal the night before.
I take you out for dinner the night before in one of Setúbal’s fabulous restaurants.
3. We work on your business.
The entire day is devoted to creating a shift in your business. While I have a set of very specific tools I call on, the process in our session will be unique to you.
4. We have pre-selected goals.
We will have established clear success markers before we ever meet in Setúbal.
5. We exceed our expectations.
We will create an experience that uncorks strategic insight and tactical applications that exceed these markers.
