What Happens in a Lisbon Session?
1. You and I spend a day together in Setúbal.
Setúbal is a commercial fishing port on Lisbon’s South Bank, 45 minutes South of the City Center.
2. You will have a bit of simple pre-work.
This will help maximize the benefit of our time together.
3. We grab a meal the night before.
I will take you out to dinner the night before our Lisbon Session. We will eat well, have some impeccable conversations, and activate a whole lot of chi.
4. We work on your business.
On the day of our session, we will deep-dive into your business, using a host of well-tested tools and processes. While I have tools I like to deploy, your experience will be fully personalized to what you need to accomplish.
5. We have a second meal out.
If your schedule permits, our Lisbon Session will conclude with a second meal out.
